Educational Opportunity Center, Inc. respects the privacy of every person who visits our websites.  We will not collect any personal information about you unless you provide it to us voluntarily.

In registering on our www.eocinc.org website, using the online registration form, visitors will be required to provide us with their personal information such as their name, address, e-mail, date of birth, citizenship, grade level, family size, taxable income level, and parents' education.  This information is collected to assist in career and educational planning or in EOC, Inc. project reports that do not identify the visitor by name.  The information and reports are kept strictly confidential and statistics are reported to the federal government through the Department of Education via a secure connection or viewed during federal audits.

Except as otherwise described in this statement, personal information you provide will not be shared, traded, or sold to any business or other party.

To fully use our websites, visitors may need to register using our online registration forms, where visitors will be required to provide us with their personal information.  We may use your personal information to contact you to respond to your comments or requests for information.

We may use web log information (such as your web browser, operating system, pages visited, etc.) to help us design our website, to identify popular features, and for other managerial purposes. However, web logs may be used if necessary to help identify any person attempting to break into or damage our website. We may share web log information with law enforcement agencies if we believe that we have evidence of a violation of computer security or related laws.
