By submitting the FAFSA, you apply for both Federal and State aid which can include:
PHEAA State Grant (PA residents)
State AID for non PA residents
Loan Information

The financial aid deadline for Pennsylvania is May 1st previous to the school year you are enrolling for all renewal applicants and new applicants who plan to enroll in an undergraduate baccalaureate degree program and those in college transfer programs at a two-year public or junior colleges. 

All students are urged to apply even if the deadlines for Pennsylvania have passed, since late applicants are considered if funds permit.
 

Pennsylvania State Grant (PHEAA) - This State Grant Program provides grants to eligible PA residents who are in need of financial aid to attend a PHEAA- approved postsecondary school as undergraduate students. Students enrolled in summer study may also be eligible for a Summer State Grant. If you are not a Pennsylvania resident please check with your school for your state grant eligibility.
