About Us

The Talent Search program is called S.P.A.R.C. at some schools, which stands for Selecting Planning And Researching Careers. Talent Search is one of the TRIO programs funded by a federal grant through the Department of Education. The program’s services are FREE.

Talent Search works to supplement guidance office services at various high schools in our target area. Our mission is to guide students into their post-secondary options. We primarily serve students who would be the first generation in their family to go to college to complete a 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent meeting with students in specific area schools (see Contact Us page for a list of the schools).

If you are 18 years old or older or you are not at one of the schools where we provide services, you may still get free services from us at our http://www.eocinc.org site.  Get free educational planning online or schedule an appointment at the office closest to you.
